Ss：I read it from children’s book．／My parents told me when I was young．／…

T：Yeah，I am proud of you．Anyone knows the legend about Yu GongPlease raise your hand．

T：OK．Good!Today we will listen to an article about Yu Gong who wants to moves a mountain．

Step 2 While—listening(15 minutes)

(1)Listening for gist

Listen to the story for the first time in normal speed and try to answer“What did Yu Gong want to doWhy”

Keys：Yu Gong wanted to move a mountain，because the mountains were very big and high that it took a long way to walk to the other side．

(2)Listening for specific information

Listen to the story for the second time to circle the correct words in the brackets．
