Dear sir or madam i am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my stay from 10th to 16th in August at the Wanda Hotel,Nanjing where I booked a suite for my family The suite we lived is Room 213,in which the shower did not work.When we spoke to your representative,Tracey Meng,she promised to try to get the shower fixed,but this took an unacceptably long time to happen--three days from the first time we complained I asked her to fill out an accommodation report form detailing these issues,and enclose a copy for your information,together with photos of the bedrooms and the hotel grounds.Besides,although the room was billed as four-star accommodation,it was very cramped and the furnishings were worn and dirty I feel that we are due a full refund for this hotel stay,for it failed to meet the description in the brochure,and it ruined our holiday look forward to hearing from you within the next two weeks Sincerely,Li Ming
