　 Job descriptions：

　 The successful candidate will have the following functions and responsibilities：

　 Receive and assess financial or non-financial reports of banks and other financial institutions submitted to the BCTL .

　 Use the software applications （9）at BCTL to calculate rations and indexes.

　 Review and analyze banks and financial institutions’ reports to determine their compliance with the prudential regulations and to evaluate performance, evolution, management, etc, e.g.breakdown of loan portfolio, loan ratio, loan provisions, diversification of assets, etc, and prepare periodical reports to Head of Financial System Department（DFSS）.

　 Assist the Division of Licensing and Regulation（DLR）（10）business plan presented.

　 Conduct follow up examination of banks to determine whether previous recommendations made or corrective measures being suggested by the BCTL have been implemented.

　 Check compliance by banks/financial institutions with laws and regulations and propose the imposition of sanctions in the （11）of non-compliance.

　 Prepare letters and reports relating to the above duties.

　 Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of DFSS.
