How to be a good teacher ?

A good teacher will influence a lot of students. In my opinion, being a good teacher must follow the four points following.

Firstly, a teacher should be good at what he/she is teaching. Teachers are the people whom students learn the knowledge from. Secondly, a teacher should be skillful in teaching. Teachers need to teach the students with different mehods according to what content they are going to teach. Thirdly, a teacher should be a good example for the students. What teachers teach not only the knowledge from the books, but also how to behave, so it is important for teachers to behave well. Fourthly, a teacher should get along well with the students. Good classroom atmosphere is good for learning. In a word, a good teacher will not just focus on the subject what he/she teaches, but also how to make the students make progress in their life.
